The Pizza Runner & Farr's Fresh

The Pizza Runner is a little ole hip place in Ogden. It's got colorful fun murals (including a row of nipples) painted all around the building. It advertises lots of choices and a huge vegan menu, and claims it has "O towns best bread-sticks". Well with a claim like that, we had to get the bread-sticks, and they were true to their word! We ordered a small mozzarella pizza with pineapple and almonds. OH MAN was it good! Very good. The coupon was for 50% off any pizza order, for carry out only. Definitely going to go back!

We then went to Vintage Cupcake Co. to use the coupon in the book, and found the building completely desserted (pun intended). I did look them up on facebook later, and it turns out they moved a block south, so the coupon will be used at another time!

So we ended up at Farr's Fresh for some ice cream instead. It's an ever popular "fill it, top it, weigh it, pay it" type ice cream/frozen yogurt/frozen custard type place. With the difference being it's all Farr's ice cream, which I talked about here. It was tasty as always. This was the awesome part though; the coupon was for a bogof ice cream for up to $5. Between the two of us, we didn't put up to $5 in our bowls, so the guy gave them to us for free! To top that off, he combined my stamp cards to be able to get a free one next time I go, AND gave me another stamp on a new one (even though I didn't technically buy anything!). That guy was awesome. Good place to go for a treat!
